Kending Day 1

The day in Taiwan was awesome! Although the walking and dragging of luggage is troublesome.

At Taoyuan airport while waiting to clear their customs.

Long queue and my passport doesn't looked like me and the officer asked me whether if there's any other identification to proof that the passport is me. I think this is the first time.

We will be heading to kending first for 3D2N before going to Taipei.

Quickly took a bus to taoyuan and take their high speed train.

How happy right !

The moment we alighted at the bus stop, we just dumped our luggage aside and start taking photo.

The weather doesn't seems to be very good.

The journey will be almost 2 to 2.5 hours and they provide bento box, and there's even vending machine & toilet for us to use. Clean and tidy!

So! Finally we reached zuoying station! Weiwei pre booked a a van in. 300NT per pax I think.

Started raining heavily and jammed everywhere.

Need to spend another 2 hour again.

This is the hotel we're going to stay, it's quite popular in the website.

Taiwan

Hello! Booked the tickets to Taiwan and it's my first time to Taiwan, always heard many people raving and tell me you would want to go back again. We booked flyscoot because I think that period is the cheapest among so many airlines. $400 per pax.

Here's our 2 big luggage while waiting for jimmy to picked us and send us to the airport.

Jimmy trying to figured out how to squeeze the 2 big luggage into the car boot, we had a hard time squeezing it though.

Oops! I know my luggage is damn big and that's not the end we need to pick up her girlfriend.

Everyone can't wait to enjoy their holidays! Time to relax for the next 9d8n.

Edge at Pan Pacific Hotel

Another gathering organise by my colleague Jasmine, always like to organise outing and dinner.
Great to have colleagues like that that make our life happier during work.

Jasmine organised an buffet at Pan Pacific Hotel.

Very nice ambience right.

The staff brief us what are the food include in the buffet.

Different colours of colour juice! Sour plums can add as much as you like.

Sorry only a few pictures of the food, because we were damn hungry and FOOD COMES FIRST!

Overall the food was alright, I think my favourite dish is their crayfish.
Each person about $82 after 10% discount.

Yeeni Wedding Day

Lack of update.

I think my backlog is compiling, don't know when will I be able to catch up.

It's Yeeni Big day and I was invited to their wedding dinner at Lao Beijing.

She's younger than me yet she got married first, still remember how I knew her during our phuture days.

Not much photos were taken on that day, as she's busy entertaining other guest and relatives.
The food was alright too.

Nice view from  1-altitude, it's my first time there too. I think I just loved their view.

Everyone was perspiring a lot, supposed to be very windy, perhaps that day windy wasn't on our side.

Our First BTO

Sorry for the lack of updates, it's my first post in May and it's coming to an end.
Ben and I applied for BTO, although we failed many times and the queue number usually we gotten it's very lousy.

After various try, we finally had our queue number.

It's skypeak at Bukit Batok, Yup. Had been staying in the west for many years since I was young from queenstown shifted to jurong.

 

There are a few BTO projects , but me and ben still prefer staying in the west.

 

 

It's walkable distance to bukit batok MRT and hopefully it will be better develop.

 

We applied for 5 rooms and this is how the 5 room looks like. I think there's another design too.

 

 

 Yup. Our appointment letter had arrived and 23 June 2013 will be choosing our unit. The building is about 40 storey high and I don't think we will be choosing so high and if the lift spoilt will be a big problem.

I had so many back dated post, like Taiwan post, yeeni wedding etc.
